The fireboat is the only firefighting apparatus that can reach much of Buffalo's waterfront. This is an invaluable service that includes our boatingcommunity and marinas. We hope to never need the Cotter's services but we are thankful to have her!
The Cotter is supported by donations. Pease consider bringing some extra cash to the General Meeting. Along with the 50/50, we will have some additional raffle items. All proceeds will go to the Cotter. Thank you.

Are you interested in volunteering to help your club out?
As an organization that depends on volunteers, we are always looking for good people to help organize and facilitate club activities each year. Right now, we have positions available on race committee, mark set, upcoming work parties, and we also need a dedicated person to help with the permanent marks. Great Lakes Weather Webinar
Don’t let bad weatherruin your day out on the water. RCR has teamed up with Mark Thornton from Lake Erie WX Marine Weather(and a longtime Great Lakes sailor) to offer a three-part weatherwebinar tailored specifically for Great Lakes sailors and boaters. It will cover interpreting weather maps, preparing a wind and wave forecast, recognizing thunderstorm potential, and more.
The webinar will be held live, with the first date on Feb. 22nd, Feb. 29th and March 7th. Replays will be available if a participant has to miss a session.
