Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade
About this event
Come experience the camaraderie of the Buffalo Harbor Sailing Club as we participate in the yearly Buffalo St. Patrick's Day Parade, marching and riding on floats. Everyone is invited to join us for this family-friendly event. The parade will take place on Sunday, March 17th, starting at 2pm. We'll gather at noon at Niagara Square to decorate and stage up.
Additionally, we're looking for volunteer drivers to tow our floats in the parade. Consider the Metro Park and Ride or carpooling for downtown travel - parking can be a challenge.
More info soon, but here are some rules for participants:
- No candy or other items to be given out
- Forward motion of parade groups at all times
- No advertising without prior permission of Parade Officials
- Political, partisan, or controversial messages are not allowed
- No alcohol or smoking in the line up area or on the parade route. Officials will remove offenders from the parade
**There is no charge for this event and everybody's Irish on St Patty's Day so please sign up to March in the Parade**
