Join us for the Summer Sailstice Party on the Wall on Saturday, June 16th beginning at 4:30p with dinner to start at 5pm. We’ll enjoy a great, traditional, Old Bay shrimp boil. SUCCESS was made thanks to the many efforts of the father-son dive team of Ken Bienko Sr and Ken Junior!!! Junior went out and bought his own personal gear on the day of the dive search and recovery just to be able to help us out! Senior tried but with no luck so Junior dons the gear and jumps in. He was getting low on air but on his 3rd dive attempt gave it the ‘ol one last attempt and bingo there it was. Junior is also learning Markset duties on Tuesdays nights. 2018 BHSC Chilcott Regatta Series Registration – NOW LIVE! Register now and SAVE MONEY! Discounted fees available until JUNE 15. Message from: Adam W. Hamm, P.E. Chief, NY/PA Operations and Maintenance Diver and Dive Supervisor USACE Buffalo District New operating schedule here at the Black Rock Lock for this season. As I mentioned at the last Buffalo Harbor Safety Meeting we will have a reduced operating schedule. The main reason is due to the recent failure we had of our lower east operating gate anchorage.
